Hoa is also an Employment Advisory Board Chair at HMP Drake Hall, a progressive resettlement prison.

With over 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the recruitment and managed services landscape, Michael now leads Comensura Australia. An experienced technologist and strategist by trade, Michael brings a strong a focus on enabling exceptional customer experiences through technology, innovation and service excellence, ensuring a market-leading experience for our customers, suppliers and their valuable workforce. 

Charles is responsible for growing our customer portfolio through the development and implementation of our Services Procurement solutions. Before joining Comensura Charles gained extensive experience in both the RPO and Managed Services sectors, building and managing the customer service and business development operations for two quoted international groups

Kaled ensures successful delivery and strategic growth for Local Government customers in Australia. He brings over 20 years experience in the recruitment industry and vendor neutral managed services, implementing and delivering managed service solutions across both the public and private sectors in Australia and the UK.

Nicol has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and contract management. Nicol is passionate about innovation, bringing a fresh perspective and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Nicol fosters a collaborative work environment to empower her team to thrive and deliver exceptional results.

Toby leads the delivery of adaptive managed services portfolio across the public and private sectors. A master of agility, Toby is great at adapting to changing customer priorities and providing innovative tech solutions to operational problems. Our in-house data guru, Toby lives and breathes reporting insights and has led the development of reporting capabilities across Comensura.

Mary leads Comensura’s UK Sales team. Specialising in strategic leadership, solution design, stakeholder management and best-practice innovation across complex outsourced recruitment models, Mary has been supporting clients in the recruitment sector for over 12 years.

Romain is driven by excellence and building meaningful customer relationships in order to solve the unique challenges of each business. He focuses on delivering innovative recruitment and HR solutions, striving to improve productivity and workflow while reducing cost for our cusomters in the Asia Pacific region. 

Lianne joined Comensura in 2007 and is passionate about diversity in sourcing talent, ensuring that underrepresented groups have equal access to gainful employment, creating win-win situations for companies looking to fill skills gaps. Lianne has been instrumental in Comensura’s ex-offenders’ initiative, creating education, training, and employment opportunities for women on release or temporary licence.

Andrew is responsible for service delivery for many of our public sector and housing association clients across England and Wales. Manging a team of diligent and hardworking individuals, Andrew takes great pride in identifying effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients from both operationally and strategically. As a serving Captain in the Army Reserve, Andrew also co-leads our IMMilitary initiative.

Chris is responsible for some of Comensura’s flagship private sector customers. He is passionate about finding smart solutions and using innovative tech to solve complex sourcing requirements. Chris has 30 years of recruitment experience but over time he has specialised in delivering complex large volume, short notice recruitment requirements.

Luke brings 14+ years' experience in the recruitment and 10 years in managed services industries, and although he leads a diverse portfolio of clients he specialises in our Driving and Logistics accounts. Luke is a problem solver and delights in offering client’s a first-class service by listening to their challenges, pre-empting potential barriers, and coming up with innovative solutions.
